The XARELTO(r) Starter Pack can be used in conjunction with the Trial Offer. The Trial Offer allows you and your patient to determine if XARELTO(r) is right.

Xarelto Janssen CarePath Savings Card Patients with commercial insurance can receive XARELTO medication $0 per month, maximum benefit 3400 annually. Janssen CarePath XARELTO Trial Program is also available. Patients can get a 30-day free trial. Patients who are eligible for Medicare, Medicare Part D, and Medicaid will not be eligible.
How many times can you take Xarelto over a lifetime?
Limit 1 (one) lifetime use for any XARELTO(r) dose other than 10 mg. Terms are subject to change and expire at the close of each calendar year. Patients who have no insurance or commercial coverage are eligible for this Trial Offer. However, it is not guaranteed that they will be able to access the program continuously after the end of the program.
